This spot explains how connected technology, from smart thermostats to lighting to appliances, has become part of daily life, powered by a reliable internet connection. It then pivots to Armstrong's own accessibility, pointing to round-the-clock customer support available by phone, chat, or in person as further proof of the company's commitment to making life easier. Working from a script, I built out the visual concept and direction for the piece.
